After wearing the trainers twice the laces holder came apart. I requested a replacement or a refund and this request was denied and partial refund was offered for trainers I can’t wear again. I escalated the dispute and DHgate agreed with the seller refund of 10USD. However I have only been paid $4. The seller’s communication is poor and the trainers are poor quality.
